Wear athletic clothing to train before you receive a uniform

Bring a pre-filled water bottle to class

Please arrive five minutes early to the class (see schedule)

Students should use the bathroom BEFORE class

Girls need to wear a white shirt under their Gi (uniform)

Patches for your Gi (Uniform) need to be purchased and sewn on before your first test.
